Free shipping on orders over $80 with standard delivery.
The standard shipping fee is $5.95 to the US, $12.95 to other countries on orders under $80.
Prior Delivery fee is $8.95 to the US.
We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), we cannot guarantee these delivery times. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to dispatch. Please allow 3-10 business days for orders to arrive.

Where is my item coming from?
Most of Shapellx’s instock products are shipped from the US - Our US warehouse is based in CA.
Since we also ship to different countries, we've partnered with top manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only products of the highest quality standards are delivered to you in no time. For presale orders & international orders, you may receive the item from any of these warehouses.
Different warehouses mean that sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times, but that's about it. No worries, we'll keep you informed with tracking numbers of different packages.

> Presale items purchased from Shapellx ship within 10-15 days.
> Packages typically arrive in about 7-15 business days after they are shipped (Depends on Shipping Method). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam orders may take considerably longer than the estimates.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

> Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 72 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email us at email@example.com or contact us online, from 9:30 AM to 4:00PM CST.
P.O. BOXES OR APO BOXES
> Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
> Weekends and Holidays are excluded from shipping times. For more accurate shipping times on holidays, please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
> If the tracking information for your package says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
