1. Measure Waist
Measure at your natural waist, just above your belly button.

Measure around the widest point at your natural hipline.

Step 1
Pull the shapewear from the botom up to your midsection. For shaperwear with hooks in the crotch area, raise the garment with the hooks closed.
Step 2
For leg shapers, roll the shapewear down with hands and firmly pull it up to the knees with the fingertips, turn the shaper half round to stretch the fabrics in legs area.
Step 3
Raise it firmly with your fingertips to get the best fit and coverage in your waistline, avoiding rolling in back.
Step 4
Adjust and position the garment's right under your bust.
Step 5
Adjust the straps to fit your body and position the bust in right place.
Step 6
Position the booty-lift areas: Pull the back waistband upwards with fingertips to position the butt-contour lines right under the butt.
