California Transparency in Supply Chains Act
Shapellx is committed to upholding the highest standards of human rights and ethical conduct across our supply chain. We are dedicated to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain.
In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, we have outlined the following measures:
1. Supplier Due Diligence: We are in the process of implementing a comprehensive supplier due diligence process to assess the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our supply chain.
2. Supplier Code of Conduct: We require our suppliers to adhere to a Supplier Code of Conduct that prohibits forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor. We are reviewing and strengthening these policies to ensure they align with international best practices.
3. Training: We are providing training to our employees and relevant stakeholders to raise awareness about modern slavery and human trafficking risks in our supply chain.
4. Third-Party Audits: We are exploring the use of third-party audits to assess and verify our supply chain's compliance with our ethical standards, including the elimination of forced labor and human trafficking.
5. Continuous Improvement: We are continuously reviewing and improving our efforts to eliminate modern slavery and human trafficking and to ensure that our supply chain remains free of these practices.
While we are still in the process of fully implementing some of these measures, we are committed to transparency and will continue to take steps to improve our practices.
