FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How long is the interview and what should I prepare?
A: The interview will take about 60 minutes. Just need to bring your real experiences and ideas! We will instruct you in advance on the equipment if you choose online interview.
Q: Do I need a webcam for the online interview?
A: It's free to choose audio or video format, as long as you feel comfortable!
Q: How can track whether your feedback is being used?
A: Feedback will be summarized directly to the design and development team, and the results will be announced in the official website update.
Q: Are there any reward restrictions or distribution rules?
A: Gift card have no threshold and are valid for 1 years and will be sent to your account in one day after the interview. Products will be distributed on-site or shipped to your home.
Q: Why need your body data?
A: In order to ensure that the research covers a wide range of body types, the data is encrypted and stored, visible only to the R&D team, prohibited from being used for marketing, and never disclosed to the public.
Q: I haven't purchased Shapellx before, can I participate?
A: This interview is only open to existing customers, and we will be launching a potential user survey, please stay tuned!
