Intellectual Property Rights & DMCA Policy
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

("Shapellx"), its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

2. DMCA Policy (Copyright Infringement)
Shapellx respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
A. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written Notice containing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized person;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (e.g., URL);
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email);
- A "good faith belief" statement that the use is unauthorized;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent.
B. Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a Counter-Notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury of your "good faith belief" of mistake;
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.

D. Repeat Infringers
Shapellx reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
