Stand up straight wearing a non-padded bra.
Wrap the measuring tape snugly under your bust and around your ribcage where your bra band typically sits.
Make sure the tape is level all the way around.
Find your band size in the chart below.

Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust.
Make sure the tape is level, snug, and comfortable.
Subtract your underbust measurement from your bust. The difference determines your cup size.
